Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms felt older and had a musty smell of smoke and dust; however, when I asked for maintenance to fix a broken door latch, the experience turned unpleasant. The location was not ideal, with safety concerns at night, but it was close to downtown Jacksonville. The dining experience seemed promising with hot waffles and good coffee, but fell short with inconsistent availability. The facilities didn't leave a lasting impression.
My stay at the hotel was a complete disaster. I had to book another hotel when I saw the room they gave me; it was old, drab, and downright depressing. The smell in there was worse than anything I've ever experienced, and to top it off, the toilet didn't even work. The staff, on the other hand, went above and beyond to reach me when they realized they didn't have my contact info.
The hotel was a mixed experience, with some good and some not-so-great aspects. The service was nice and courteous, but a bit slow at times. The location was convenient but slightly out of downtown. The rooms needed attention as they smelled funny and could use some updating. The dining was below expectations and limited in choices.
